Aviation Place at Peña Station is a dynamic transit-oriented multifamily development located in Denver, Colorado. Designed by 4240 Architecture, this innovative project features 394 residential units and seamlessly integrates retail space to foster a vibrant, community-centric environment. The design prioritizes sustainable urban living, aligning with the forward-thinking principles of Peña Station, a smart city initiative. Aviation Place is strategically positioned near public transit, promoting walkability and connectivity while supporting Denver's growth as a modern, livable city.
My role in the project involved collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop architectural solutions that balance residential comfort with the needs of a transit-oriented community. I contributed to the design process by creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with Denver's zoning and sustainability standards. This experience enhanced my skills in large-scale residential planning, sustainable design practices, and integrating architecture within urban contexts.
