This was a predecessor to the "Co-Working Office" project. The objective was space planning and programming for a proposed 20,000 sq/ft office development near the square in downtown Bentonville, AR. I had the opportunity to research workspace and program types alongside contemporary theories of the workplace, analyze a contemporary office precedent as source for organizational/programmatic concepts, and work with a partner to synthesize these insights toward the development of a furnished office space plan
My proposal addressed contemporary demands for flexibility of use in types, and the logical organization of this content within a clearly defined space plan.
